I guess I just have to say what I'm thinking !! I've wondered why Boy George M. has never been prosecuted under the UCMJ or under other Federal laws that protect the Intel community. He, unlike John Q. Public infantry vet, was an intel. officer. He signed a secrecies agreement going in, and coming out of intel. Such persons can NOT write about, release, talk about, infer, or otherwise assist in the dissemination of the means, resources, methods, and collection practices of Intelligence. Cleary the polygraph (Analog or Computer) is such a means of intelligence. Do we have no Army or other Federal prosecutors with balls enough for this ? OR, why is G.M. so confident he won't be prosecuted even though he knows he is in such a status. Others can do what he has done, but not a former Intel Officer. Why has DoDPI / DACA not acted on this ?

2nd. I noted that G.M. claimed that Trimarco failed him in his P.E. for "Unauthorized Foreign National Contacts", or more than what he was saying in this area. So what did George do afterward. He went to Holland to work with Iranians in one or two ways------ the very foreign national contacts Trimarco was protecting this country against.

I would presume the agreement covers information gained in one's position. I can't imagine it would cover info he has gained since then (or even during) via publicly available documents and Freedom of Information requests.

From my understanding, the language used in the secrecies act is broad, and not based on what is best for the departing member of the intel field, or limited only to what the government knows they were exposed to, but is rather broad language for the macro national security of the United States. Maschke, in his activities, has even bragged about assisting Al Queda whom he claims comes to HIS site. A clear nexus of Maschke to them wherein he has freely admitted to aiding and abedding the enemies of the United States.
